Introduction

Analysis of the core content of the standard

This standard specifies the technical requirements for pressure regulating devices for gas combustion equipment. It is applicable to pressure regulators with a nominal size of ≤DN250 and a maximum inlet pressure of ≤500kPa, covering self-operated pressure regulators and devices with auxiliary energy.

Key technical requirements

Structural safety design

  • The breathing hole must meet the anti-blocking requirements, with a diameter ≥5mm
  • Adjustable devices must be equipped with tamper-proof sealing measures
  • Withstand pressure ≥ 1.15 times the maximum working pressure

Material specifications

Typical case: A certain model of spring-type pressure regulator uses SUS304 stainless steel diaphragm and performs 30% better than the industry average in the salt spray test

Performance test system
