Details of key test methods
1. Ground deposition potential test
According to the requirements of clause 5.10 of the standard, a petri dish array was used to arrange test points within a range of 12 meters, and the uniformity of fog flow distribution was determined by the weighing method. During the test, ensure:
- Nozzle center height (1000±20)mm
- Petri dish spacing 500mm (main axis)
- Additional point spacing 250mm
2. Corrosion resistance test
72-hour immersion test in accordance with Clause 5.12:
Typical failure case: The mass of a certain model of rubber sealing ring increased by 12% in 10% acetone solution, exceeding the standard limit of 10%, causing the sprayer to leak.

- Check the curvature of the air flow hose every month (Clause 4.7)
- Calibrate the scale error of the liquid tank before operation (≤5%)
- Regularly replace filters with ≤2μm filter screens
Technology evolution analysis
Compared with the 2006 version of the standard, the main improvements of the 2020 version are:
- Added technical requirements for droplet size analyzer (5.1.10)
- Refine the dimensions of the vertical deposition test frame (Appendix B)
