Key technology implementation requirements

1. Multimodal filtering technology

The standard requires that smart terminals must implement the three technologies of text keyword matching, semantic analysis and multimedia feature recognition:

  • Text filtering: It must support real-time scanning at the smallest granularity to the word level, and the accuracy rate of identifying illegal information must be ≥90%
  • Image recognition: It is mandatory to process JPEG/PNG/BMP/GIF formats through the dual mechanisms of hash value comparison + feature extraction
  • Streaming media analysis: Video must implement key frame extraction and analysis, and audio uses voiceprint feature matching technology

2. Dual-channel filtering architecture

Implementation plan for a certain brand of mobile phone:
Local feature library (500MB) + cloud dynamic update (daily increment), automatically switch to cloud analysis in WLAN environment, and prioritize local processing in mobile network.
