Introduction

Standard Background and Scope of Application

This standard was proposed by the Ministry of Natural Resources and is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Geographic Information Standardization. It formulates unified specifications for the system testing of satellite navigation and positioning base station network. It is applicable to the testing and verification of national, regional and professional application networks, and provides a technical basis for the operation and maintenance of the station network.

1. Key points of functional test

  • Multi-system compatibility: support for data reception of four systems BDS/GPS/GLONASS/GALILEO
  • Real-time service capability: verification that the data transmission delay under the NTRIP protocol is ≤1 second

2. Performance test standards

Take network RTK accuracy test as an example: a test network needs to be set up at known points above level C, and 30 epoch data are collected in each group. The final external accuracy requirements are: ≤5cm in the plane, ≤10cm in elevation. The test case shows that when using the Trimble R10 receiver, the actual accuracy can reach 2.8cm in plane/4.5cm in elevation.

  2. Annual test plan: The core indicators of the base station network should be retested every year
  3. Data quality control: Establish a daily monitoring mechanism for the cycle slip ratio (≥500) and multipath effect (MP1≤0.5m)

Technology evolution analysis

Compared with the CH/T2018-2018 standard, this specification adds the GALILEO system compatibility requirements, and includes the user concurrent access volume test in the mandatory clause, reflecting the development trend of multi-system integration and high-load services.
