《GB/T 3984.1-2004感应加热装置用电力电容器 第1部分:总则》由TC45(全国电力电容器标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
GB/T3984的本部分适用于标称电压不大于3.6kV,频率为50Hz及以下的可控或可调的交流电压系统中,专门用来改善感应加热、熔化、搅拌或铸造装置,以及类似应用场合的功率因数的户内电容器单和户内电容器组。


Scope

This part of GB/T 3984 applies to controllable or adjustable AC voltage systems with a nominal voltage not greater than 3.6kV and a frequency of 50kHz or less, specially used to improve induction heating, melting, stirring or casting devices, and similar Indoor capacitor units and indoor capacitor banks for power factor applications. Additional requirements for capacitors protected by internal component fuses are given in GB/T 3984.2. This section does not apply to the following capacitors: - series capacitors for power systems; - capacitors for electric motors and the like; - coupling capacitors and capacitive voltage dividers; - self-healing for AC power systems with nominal voltages up to and including 1 kV -Shunt capacitors for AC power systems with a nominal voltage above 1kV; -Non-self-healing parallel capacitors for AC power systems with a nominal voltage of 1kV and below; -Small AC capacitors for fluorescent lamps and discharge lamps; Capacitors for power electronic circuits; - Capacitors for microwave ovens; - Capacitors for suppressing radio interference; - Capacitors intended to be used under AC voltage superimposed with DC voltage. All accessories, such as insulators, switches, instrument transformers, external fuses, etc., shall comply with the corresponding national standards. The purpose of this section is to: a) describe the uniform rules on performance, testing and rating; b) describe the special safety rules; c) provide installation and use guidelines.
