《GB/T 3985-2008石棉橡胶板》由609（中国建筑材料联合会）归口，主管部门为中国建筑材料联合会。
本标准首次发布于1983年，1995年进行了第一次修订，本版是第二次修订。
本标准代替GB/T 3985-1995《石棉橡胶板》。
本标准规定了石棉橡胶板的分类和标记、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输、贮存。
本标准适用于以温石棉为增强纤维、以橡胶为粘合剂，经辊压形成的用于制造耐热耐压密封垫片的各类板材。这种板材制成的密封垫片也可参照采用。

Scope

This standard specifies the classification and marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of asbestos rubber sheets. This standard is applicable to all kinds of plates used to manufacture heat-resistant and pressure-resistant sealing gaskets, which use chrysotile as reinforcing fiber, rubber as adhesive, and formed by rolling. The sealing gasket made of this plate can also be used as a reference.
