Analysis of the core content of the standard

GB/T39897-2021 has established a dual-system detection framework for the non-metallic parts of the passenger compartment and luggage compartment of M1/N1 vehicles:

1. Optimization of sampling methods

The standard innovatively adopts a dual-mode sampling system:

  • Bag method: 65℃ constant temperature accelerated release, suitable for large assemblies (such as seats, dashboards)
  • Box method: 1m³ standard test box, precise control of temperature and humidity (65℃±1℃, 5%RH) and air exchange rate (0.4m³/h)

2. Analytical technology upgrade

Compared with traditional methods, this standard significantly improves detection sensitivity:
