Introduction
Interpretation of the core content of the standard
This standard specifies the strength verification method that must be carried out on the submersible metal frame after construction/overhaul, and ensures the safety of the frame structure through a 2 times working load test. The test covers three major technical modules: strain measurement, deformation monitoring and non-destructive testing.

Test Equipment Selection Specifications
The standard clearly requires the use of a laser tracker (accuracy ±21μm/m) for displacement measurement, and a digital strain gauge (accuracy ±0.05%) must be used in conjunction with a three-dimensional strain gauge for node stress analysis. The loading system must implement proportional linkage control, with a single cylinder error of ≤20kg.
Requirements for nondestructive testing
According to NB/T47013 series standards:
- Surface testing: penetrant/magnetic particle testing 100% weld length
- Internal testing: ultrasonic/X-ray testing ≥25% weld length
- Key parts: lifting points, battery compartments and other load-bearing nodes require double sampling
Implementation suggestions
- The gantry auxiliary test must be completed before the loading test to determine the displacement reference value under 2 times the load
- It is recommended to use finite element analysis to pre-determine the maximum stress area and guide the arrangement of strain gauges
- When the safety factor n≥3, the allowable stress is calculated as σs/3
