《GB/T 40820-2021电动汽车模式3充电用直流剩余电流检测电器(RDC-DD)》由TC189(全国低压电器标准化技术委员会)归口,TC189SC1(全国低压电器标准化技术委员会家用断路器和类似设备分会)执行,主管部门为中国电器工业协会。

Scope

This document specifies the classification, characteristics, signs, conditions of use and installation, technical requirements for structure and operation, and corresponding tests of electric vehicle mode 3 charging DC residual current detection devices (RDC-DD). This document is applicable to those permanently connected to electric vehicle AC charging stations (electric vehicle charging mode 3, according to IEC61851 1 and IEC60364 7 722), the rated voltage does not exceed AC 440V, the rated frequency is 50 Hz, 60 Hz or 50/60 Hz, A DC residual current detection device with a rated current not exceeding 125A, hereinafter referred to as RDC-MD (DC residual current monitoring device) or RDC-PD (DC residual current protection device). Note 1: This document can also be used as a guide for electrical appliances with AC voltage 690V, rated frequency 50Hz, 60Hz or 50/60Hz, and rated current not exceeding 250A. RDC-DD is for disconnecting or triggering disconnection of electric vehicle charging in case of detection of a smooth DC residual current greater than or equal to 6 mA. Note 2: The smooth dc residual current value of 6 mA is selected to prevent the correct operation of the superior A-type or F-type RCD from being affected. (See 4.. This document contains two different types of DC residual current detection devices (RDC-DD) for mode 3 charging of electric vehicles. 1 classification) ——— RDC-MD (monitoring device); and ——— RDC- PD (protective device). This document applies to electrical appliances that can simultaneously detect DC residual current, compare the residual current value with the residual operating current value, and initiate disconnection of the circuit when the DC residual current exceeds 6 mA. The RDC-PD specified in this document is suitable for isolation. RDC-DD is intended for single-phase or multi-phase circuits in TN, TT and IT systems. RDC-DD is intended for use in fixed installations. RDC-DD is for AC circuits only. The RDC-DD specified in this document is not applicable for two-way power transmission between EVs and stationary installations. Annex O applies to RDCs that integrate ac, pulsating dc and 6mA dc detection, evaluation and mechanical disconnection in one unit. -DD, for RDC-MDs consisting of RDC-M units with a mechanical interface to an independent protective device (circuit breaker or RCD), Annex M applies. For RDC-MD with independent residual current detection, evaluation, and electrical interface with switching devices (such as contactors) or protective devices (circuit breakers or RCDs) connected to the RDC-M module RDC-M, Appendix N applies. This appendix applies to RDC-DDs with screwless terminals within the scope of Chapter 1. The current of the screwless terminals does not exceed 20A, and is mainly used to connect unprocessed wires with a cross-sectional area up to 4 mm2 (see I. This appendix applies For an RDC-MD consisting of a DC residual current monitoring unit (RDC-M unit) with 6 mA DC current detection and evaluation, mechanically assembled on site with one or more declared protective devices according to the manufacturer's instructions, the protective device can Is a circuit breaker conforming to IEC608981 or an RCD conforming to IEC610081, IEC610091 or IEC62423. For RDCs classified according to 4.1.1.2 this appendix applies to RDCs consisting of DC residual current detection and monitoring modules electrically coupled to independent switches or protective devices RDC-MD. The manufacturer shall declare the detection, monitoring and switching or protection devices suitable for connection. Unless otherwise stated, the text of this document applies in all respects to the devices covered by this appendix. N. This appendix applies to integrated RDC-PDs with DC, pulsating DC (Type A) and 6 mA DC detection, evaluation and mechanical disconnection in one unit. Unless otherwise stated, the text of this document applies in all respects to the appliances covered by this appendix. The relevant requirements and tests of the following RCD standards apply: --- IEC61008 1, for RDC-PD with built-in RCCB function; ---IEC61009 1, for RDC-PD with built-in RCBO function. O.
