《GB/T 41135.1-2021故障路径指示用电流和电压传感器或探测器 第1部分:通用原理和要求》由TC222(全国互感器标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
Introduction
Interpretation of the core content of the standard
GB/T41135.1-2021, as the basic standard for fault path indication equipment, specifies the general technical requirements for FPI (fault path indicator) and DSU (distribution unit). The standard adopts a grading system to regulate the functions of equipment, with the following highlights:
- Fault detection capability grading: from F1 (overcurrent detection) to F6 (directional composite fault detection)
- Communication capability grading: T1 (no communication) to T4 (fully integrated communication)
- Power supply type grading: P1 (self-powered) to P4 (hybrid power supply)
Key Technical Indicators Comparison
| Project | FPI Basic Type | DSU Advanced Type |
|---|---|---|
| Typical grading code | F2C-T1-P2 | F6NC-T4-P34 |
| Insulation level (kV) | 7.2/23/40 | 12/42/75 |
| EMC immunity | Level 3 | Level 4 |
| Operating temperature (℃) | -25~55 | -40~70 |
Key points for standard application
The standard places special emphasis on equipment selection under different power grid configurations:
- Neutral point grounding system: For resonant grounding system, F5/F6 level equipment with residual current directional detection is recommended
- Smart grid applications: T3/T4 communication level equipment that supports IEC61850 protocol must be selected
- High altitude areas: When the altitude exceeds 1000m, temperature rise correction should be performed according to clause 11.3.2 of the standard
Typical application cases are shown in the figure in Appendix B of the standard, including the complete architecture of the F5NC-T2-P33 level FPI for underground cables.
Test verification requirements
Chapter 12 of the standard specifies three types of test procedures in detail:
- Type test: including 19 key tests such as short-time thermal current and lightning impulse
- Routine test: 6 basic tests such as power frequency withstand voltage that each device must pass
- Special test: negotiated tests such as fire hazard test
Electromagnetic compatibility test must meet the requirements of GB/T17626 series standards, among which radio frequency radiation immunity test is a mandatory test item.
