《GB/T 4119-2008工业用四氯化碳》由TC63（全国化学标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了工业用四氯化碳的要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输、储存、安全。本标准适用于甲醇氢氯化法和天然气热氯化法工艺生产的四氯化碳的生产、检验和销售。该产品主要用作四氯乙烯、制药行业等的原料。 本标准代替ＧＢ／Ｔ４１１９―１９９３《工业四氯化碳》。
本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ４１１９―１９９３相比主要变化如下：
―――范围由“本标准适用于天然气热氯化法、二硫化碳法、甲醇法及全氯化氯解法生产的四氯化碳”修改为“本标准适用于甲醇氢氯化法和天然气热氯化法工艺生产的四氯化碳”（ＧＢ／Ｔ４１１９―１９９３的第１章，本版的第１章）；
―――技术要求中，取消了二硫化碳项目；四氯化碳的质量分数的优等品指标由≥９９．８％ 修改为
≥９９．８０％，一等品指标由≥９９．５％修改为≥９９．５０％（ＧＢ／Ｔ４１１９―１９９３的３．２，本版的３．２）；
―――试验方法中，四氯化碳、三氯甲烷、四氯乙烯含量的测定引用ＧＢ／Ｔ２１５４１―２００８《工业用氯代甲烷类产品纯度的测定　气相色谱法》。水分、酸度的测定由引用标准ＧＢ／Ｔ４１２０ 修改为ＧＢ／Ｔ４１１７―２００８；增加了外观试验方法（ＧＢ／Ｔ４１１９―１９９３的第４章，本版的第４章）；
―――检验规则与标志、包装、贮存和运输分为两章编写（ＧＢ／Ｔ４１１９―１９９３的第５章，本版的第５章和第６章）；
―――增加了“有毒品”标志（见６．１）；
―――增加了“安全”一章（见第７章）。

Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation, storage, and safety of carbon tetrachloride for industrial use. This standard applies to the production, inspection and sale of carbon tetrachloride produced by methanol hydrochlorination and natural gas thermal chlorination. The product is mainly used as a raw material for perchlorethylene, pharmaceutical industry, etc. Molecular formula: CCl₄ Relative molecular mass: 153.823 (according to the international relative atomic mass in 2005)
