《GB/T 41261-2022过程工业报警系统管理》由TC124(全国工业过程测量控制和自动化标准化技术委员会)归口,TC124SC10(全国工业过程测量控制和自动化标准化技术委员会系统及功能安全分会)执行,主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
Introduction
Analysis of the core content of the standard
| Life cycle stage | Core requirements | Key technical indicators |
|---|---|---|
| Alarm principles (A) | Establish target definition, priority standards, HMI design specifications | Alarm classification ≥ Level 3 |
| Rationalization (C) | Alarm necessity verification, set value determination, priority allocation | High-frequency alarm ratio <5% |
| Detailed design (D) | Basic alarm attribute configuration, HMI status indication | Dead zone setting 0.5-2% of the range |
Key technical requirements
Alarm priority allocation specifications
The standard recommends a 3-4 level priority system:
- High priority (about 5%): involving safety interlocks, environmental protection limits, etc.
- Medium priority (about 15%): deviations from key process parameters
- Low priority (about 80%): general monitoring parameters
Implementation points
For the alarm management of the Safety Instrumented System (SIS), special attention should be paid to the following:
- Independent HMI interface requirements
- Changes must pass safety verification (SIL)
- Test cycle does not exceed 12 months
Performance monitoring indicators
| Average alarm rate | <10/hour/operator |
| Peak alarm rate | ≤10 within 10 minutes |
| Old alarms | ≤5 alarms for >24 hours |
