Introduction

Core material performance analysis

Material grade design: 5 MRS grading systems (315-500MPa) correspond to different application scenarios. PVC-O400 represents the minimum required strength of 40MPa, matching the transportation needs of the water supply network.

Key Dimension Technical Specifications

The wall thickness tolerance is strictly controlled within +12%~-0%. Taking φ355 pipe as an example: the ring stiffness sR value must be ≥29.7kN/m² to match the mechanical load requirements for underground burial.

Overpressure application case: DN630 pipe passed the 168-hour gradient pressure test at 1.25PN test pressure, and showed a characteristic fracture mode during the sudden pressure process.


Full life cycle test system

System verification includes 3 levels of test protocols:

  • Accelerated aging test (2000hr@60°C) predicts 50-year limit value status
  • Ring stiffness dynamic load simulation detects ground settlement adaptability
  • Socket offset sealing test deflection angle 10° water pressure unchanged
