Pneumatic nozzle mixing spray gun as the core equipment must meet the following parameters:

Key process of test block preparation

  • Spray gun control: Water pressure ≥ 150kPa and higher than nozzle pressure
  • Support plate arrangement: It needs to maintain a 60-80° inclination and a spacing of 0.5-1m
  • Moisture content control: Dense material 2-5%, insulation material 5-12% (mass fraction)
