Introduction

Standard Background and Technology Evolution

The emergency assessment system constructed by this standard integrates multi-dimensional parameter data streams (81 core technical indicators) to achieve full closed-loop management from core damage status monitoring to environmental consequence modeling. Compared with the 2010 version of the framework, the source range monitor dynamic parameter classification system and three-loop modeling algorithm are newly introduced.
