《GB/T 4164-2008金属粉末中可被氢还原氧含量的测定》由604-1(中国机械工业联合会)归口,主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准说明了氧含量(质量分数)在0.05%~3%的金属粉末中可被氢还原氧的测定方法。
本方法适用于非合金化、部分合金化和完全合金化的金属粉末,也适用于碳化物和粘结金属的混合物。它不适用于含有润滑剂或者有机粘结剂的粉末。
通过使用专用催化装置,本方法可以扩大到用于测量含碳的粉末。
ISO4491应与ISO760和ISO4491-1一同阅读。


Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of oxygen that can be reduced by hydrogen in metal powders with an oxygen content (mass fraction) of 0.05% to 3%. This method is applicable to unalloyed, partially alloyed and fully alloyed metal powders, as well as mixtures of carbides and binder metals. It is not suitable for powders containing lubricants or organic binders. By using a dedicated catalytic device, the method can be extended to measure carbon-containing powders. ISO 4491 should be read together with ISO 760 and ISO 4491-1.
