GB/T41829-2022 makes specific provisions for the technical requirements of four types of pig depilatory equipment: the processing capacity of ordinary spiral roller depilatory machines must reach 300-600 heads/h, the no-load temperature rise limit is ≤30℃, and the load noise level is ≤80dB(A). The double indicators of depilation rate and leather damage rate together constitute the quality evaluation system. The standard requires that the depilation qualification rate of four types of equipment is ≥98%, and the leather damage is clearly defined as single damage of more than 10mm.

Quality control system construction

According to GB/T13306, the equipment nameplate is mandatory to mark the protection level and environmental parameters, and is required to be equipped with an exposed stabilizing device with IP65 protection. The hydraulic system strictly follows the GB/T3766 specification, and the standard test curve of the displacement sensor shows that the manufacturing accuracy of my country's slaughtering equipment meets the EU HAMONIC grade C requirements.

Operation and maintenance practice recommendations

The dynamic balance of the depilatory roller should be tested every month. When the radial runout is less than 0.3mm, the transmission system is considered to be up to standard.
The lubrication cycle should not exceed 300 working hours. It is recommended to use NLGI grade 2 grease.
