Introduction
1. Standard background and technological evolution
GB/T41965-2022 is equivalent to ISO6851:2001, with additional terms and definitions, and supplemented with hazard warning symbols and safe operating specifications. This standard is mainly for the determination of total organic nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen in photographic processing wastewater.
2. Principle of the method
Micro-diffusion Kjeldahl nitrogen method uses mercuric sulfate as a catalyst in the presence of sulfuric acid and potassium sulfate to convert amino nitrogen in organic matter into ammonium bisulfate. Subsequently, ammonia is released in a micro-diffusion cell and absorbed into a boric acid solution, and finally the ammonia content is titrated with a standard sulfuric acid solution.

4. Experimental steps
Case analysis: Cleaning process of micro diffusion cell
1. Soak the micro diffusion cell in cleaning solution A (containing sulfuric acid and detergent) for 1 hour.
2. Take it out and soak it in cleaning solution B (containing sodium hydroxide) for 1 hour.
3. Finally, soak it in cleaning solution C (containing sulfuric acid solution) for 1 hour.
