Space station payloads are divided into six categories, including SPU laboratory cabinet standard unit, SDU guide rail installation device, etc., forming a clearly subdivided standard system according to the installation location:

Key technical indicators comparison

The core number supervision strategy adopts three-level redundancy management:

  • Power supply module: dual topology to ensure 100% fault tolerance coverage
  • Moving parts: Power ratio coefficient ≥3 to resist extreme environments
  • Electromagnetic isolation: The isolation impedance of the same power supply loop is strictly ≥1MΩ

Validation process innovation
