《GB/T 42054-2022船舶与海上技术 船载海上共享数据服务器》由TC12(全国海洋船标准化技术委员会)归口,TC12SC8(全国海洋船标准化技术委员会计算机应用分会)执行,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
Introduction
Analysis of the core content of the standard
This standard is equivalent to the ISO19847:2018 international standard, which specifies the technical requirements for data collection, storage and sharing of shipborne data servers, and is applicable to the standardized interaction of ship machinery and equipment data.
Key Technical Requirements
| Functional Modules | Performance Indicators | Test Methods |
|---|---|---|
| Data Processing Performance | ≥5 concurrent sessions/second, 30 data samples per session | IEC60092-504 test |
| Storage Capacity | ≥30 Days Data Retention | RAID System Verification |
| Communication Interface | 100Mbps Ethernet + Redundant Interface | ISO16425 Network Test |
Typical application scenarios
Engine status monitoring system
The engine exhaust temperature, oil pressure and other parameters specified in Article 6.3.1 are collected in real time through the shipborne data server, and the data stream protocol (Appendix D) is used to achieve second-level data transmission, meeting the data format requirements defined in ISO19848.
Shore-to-ship data synchronization
Based on the communication proxy architecture of Appendix A, the navigation log is encrypted and transmitted through the SFTP/HTTPS protocol, meeting the security management requirements for REDS equipment in Article 5.1.7.
Implementation Recommendations
- Protocol compatibility: Give priority to using the REST API defined in Appendix C to implement device access
- Security protection: Configure user permissions according to Appendix G and limit access to MQTT topics
- Data governance: Regularly check the mapping relationship between the alias list (Appendix B) and the data channel
