《GB/T 42122-2022硫化橡胶或热塑性橡胶 耐磨性能的测定(改进型兰伯恩磨耗试验机法)》由TC35(全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会)归口,TC35SC2(全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会通用试验方法分会)执行,主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
Introduction
1. Background and significance of the standard
GBT42122-2022 "Determination of wear resistance of vulcanized rubber or thermoplastic rubber (modified Lamborn abrasion tester method)" is modified according to the international standard ISO23337:2016, and is applicable to the determination of the wear resistance of rubber and thermoplastic rubber using a modified Lamborn abrasion tester. The formulation of this standard fills the gap in the field of rubber wear resistance testing in China and provides a unified testing method for rubber products such as tires and belts.
2. Comparative analysis of standard frameworks
| Standard dimensions | ISO23337:2016 | GBT42122-2022 | Difference analysis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Instrument requirements | Specify the use of Lamborn abrasion tester | Specify the technical parameters of the improved Lamborn abrasion tester | Add the option of sticking sandpaper on the grinding wheel surface |
| Anti-stick materials | Specify the use of only silicon carbide | Add talcum powder as an optional anti-stick material | Allow a wider range of spraying speeds |
| Specimen thickness | Not specified | Add 10.0mm specimen thickness | Specimen with different thicknesses are not comparable |
3. Implementation suggestions and precautions
Case study:In actual tests, it is recommended to give priority to silicon carbide as the anti-sticking material because of its wide spraying speed range (10g/min~30g/min) and suitable for most test conditions. For low hardness specimens, it is recommended to use 10.0mm thick specimens to reduce the error caused by sliding.
- Strictly calibrate the instrument in accordance with the standard requirements (see Table B.1)
- It is recommended to establish a unified test report template (see Chapter 12)
- For arbitration tests, ensure that the time interval between vulcanization and testing is not less than 72 hours
4. Calculation and precision analysis of wear resistance index
The calculation formula of wear resistance index is as follows:
I = (Vr / Vt) × 100 or I = (V'r / V't) × 100
Wherein, Vr and Ir' represent the unit wear time and unit travel volume loss of the reference rubber, respectively, and Vt and Vt' are the test sample...
