本标准规定了弹簧用不锈钢冷轧钢带的尺寸、外形、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志及质量证明书。本标准适用于厚度不大于1.60mm，宽度不大于250mm的片簧及盘簧用的冷轧不锈钢带。

Scope

This standard specifies the size, shape, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marks and quality certificates of stainless steel cold-rolled strips for springs. This standard applies to cold-rolled stainless steel strips (hereinafter referred to as steel strips) for leaf springs and coil springs with a thickness not greater than 1.60 mm and a width not greater than 250 mm.
