Scope
This standard specifies the classification, grade, size, shape, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marks and quality certificates of stainless steel wires for cold upset forging. This standard applies to the manufacture of bolts, screws and rivets with circular cross-section stainless steel wire (hereinafter referred to as wire).
