《GB/T 4238-2007耐热钢钢板和钢带》由TC183（全国钢标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国钢铁工业协会。
本标准规定了耐热钢钢板尺寸、外形、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志及质量证明书等内容。本标准适用于耐热钢热轧钢板和冷轧钢板。

1. Scope
This Standard specifies grades, dimensions, tolerance and shape, technical requirements, test methods, test rules, packaging, marking and product quality certificate of heat-resisting steel plate, sheet and strip.
This Standard is applicable to hot-rolled and cold-rolled heat-resisting steel plate, sheet and strip.
