Introduction
1. Standard Overview
GB/T 42809-2023 Technical Requirements for Automated Container Terminal Operating Systems was proposed by the Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China to standardize the system structure, overall requirements, subsystems and safety requirements of automated container terminal operating systems. This standard applies to the design, development and application of automated container terminal operating systems.
2. System Structure
ACTOS (Automated Container Terminal Operating System) consists of four subsystems: information management, production planning, job scheduling, and job interactive control, and is connected to the business processing system through an interface. The system structure diagram shows the collaborative working relationship of each subsystem to ensure the efficient operation of the automated container terminal.
3. Comparison of standard frameworks
| Standard dimensions | System structure | Functional modules | Interface specifications |
|---|---|---|---|
| System level | 4 core subsystems | Multiple functional modules | Efficient and reliable communication interface |
| Technical requirements | Comply with GB/T1.1 structural requirements | Support emergency handling of abnormal events | Use interaction methods such as database, web service or reliable information queue |
4. Implementation suggestions
To ensure the application effect of the ACTOS system in the port, it is recommended that:
- Choose the appropriate system version in combination with the port business needs.
- Perform regular system upgrades and maintenance to maintain its efficiency and stability.
- Strengthen network security protection measures to ensure data transmission security.
