Introduction
Analysis of the core content of the standard
This standard systematically specifies the performance system of GNSS terminals supporting Beidou RDSS services for the first time, and innovatively incorporates position reporting and short message communication functions into a unified technical framework. Compared with traditional GPS terminal standards, it adds a new command user terminal classification and 12 security control function requirements.

Innovation in test methods
The first dual-mode test system in the standard:
- Actual satellite test: actual measurement and verification in an open field
- Microwave darkroom simulation: a controllable test environment is built through a satellite navigation signal simulator
The key test scenarios include static (zero speed), quasi-static (≤30m/s) and dynamic (≤300m/s) motion states.
