《GB/T 4313-2002信息技术 办公机器和打印机用编织打印色带通用规范》由TC28（全国信息技术标准化技术委员会）归口，TC28SC28（全国信息技术标准化技术委员会办公机器、外围设备和耗材分会）执行，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了信息处理办公机器和打印机用编织打印色带的分类、要求、试验方法、质量评定程序、标志、包装、运输、贮存等通用要求。

Scope

This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and other general requirements of woven printing ribbons for information processing office machines and printers (hereinafter referred to as ribbons). This standard applies to woven ribbons used in office machines for information processing, printers, and computer printing equipment, and serves as the basis for formulating product standards. This standard does not apply to ribbons for special printing jobs.
