《GB/T 4356-2002不锈钢盘条》由TC183（全国钢标准化技术委员会）归口，TC183SC3（全国钢标准化技术委员会盘条及钢丝分会）执行，主管部门为中国钢铁工业协会。
本标准规定了不锈钢盘条尺寸、外形、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则，包装、标志及质量证明书等。本标准适用于制造不锈钢丝、不锈顶锻钢丝，不锈弹簧钢丝、钢丝绳用热轧盘条，不适用于焊接盘条。

1 Scope

This standard specifies the dimension, shape, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificates of stainless steel wire rods.
This standard is applicable to the manufacturing of hot-rolled wire rods for stainless steel wire, stainless upsetting steel wire, stainless spring steel wire and steel wire rope, but not applicable to welded wire rods.
