Introduction

1. Background and significance of standard formulation

With the large-scale access of renewable energy and the increase in the demand for flexibility of the power system, electrochemical energy storage power stations, as important regulating resources, play an increasingly prominent role in the power grid. In order to standardize the start-up acceptance process of electrochemical energy storage power stations and ensure their safe and reliable operation, "GB/T 43868-2024 Start-up Acceptance Procedure for Electrochemical Energy Storage Power Stations" came into being.
