Introduction

1. Background and significance of standard formulation

With the rapid development of proton exchange membrane fuel cell technology, hydrogen, as its core energy source, has become increasingly important in terms of sampling technology. This standard aims to ensure the safety and accuracy of hydrogen sampling and is applicable to hydrogen sampling in hydrogen refueling stations with a pressure level not exceeding 70 MPa.
