本标准规定了救生艇绞车的分类、技术要求和试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输及贮存。本标准适用于救生艇降落装置中的绞车，绞车的原动机可以是电动、液压或气动的。
Scope
This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marks, packaging, transportation and storage of lifeboat winches (hereinafter referred to as winches). This standard applies to winches in lifeboat launching appliances (ie lifeboat winches), the prime movers of which may be electric, hydraulic or pneumatic.
