本标准规定了起锚机和起锚绞盘的设计、结构、安全、性能和验收试验的要求。本标准适用于海船电动、液压、蒸汽或外力驱动的起锚机和起锚绞盘。对于起锚系泊组合机，除本标准外，还应参阅ＩＳＯ３７３０。 本标准等同采用ＩＳＯ４５６８：２００６《造船　海船　起锚机和起锚绞盘》（英文版）。 本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ４４４７—１９９２相比主要变化如下：
———按ＩＳＯ４５６８：２００６的结构进行了调整；
———增加了起锚机的公称规格、起锚绞盘、锚链的破断负载等术语；
———增加了未装止链器起锚机和起锚绞盘的具体要求；
———起锚机和起锚绞盘的制动装置额定负载改为１．５倍工作负载；
———增加了驱动设备和遥控设备的要求；
———增加了标记的具体要求；
———删去了包装、运输和贮存的要求。

Scope

This standard specifies the design, construction, safety, performance and acceptance test requirements for windlasses and anchor winches. This standard applies to windlasses and winches driven by electric, hydraulic, steam or external force for sea-going ships. For combined anchor-handling and mooring machines, ISO 3730 should be referred to in addition to this standard. Note 1: The "windlass" referred to in this article should be understood as "windlass and anchor capstan" where appropriate. Note 2: Attention should be paid to the requirements of the relevant classification society or flag government.
