Introduction
1. Background and significance of standard formulation
With the increasing environmental pressure and the need for energy structure transformation, hybrid power systems are increasingly used in the field of internal combustion engines. However, the safety requirements of this new power system are also increasing. This standard aims to provide unified safety specifications for the research and development, production and use of internal combustion engine hybrid power systems to ensure the safety of operators and equipment.
2. Technology evolution and framework analysis
From the technological evolution from traditional internal combustion engines to hybrid power systems, it can be seen that the core of safety requirements lies in the protection of the electric drive part. Table 1 compares the safety standards under different voltage levels and clarifies the special requirements for Class B voltage circuits.
