Introduction

1. Background of standard formulation and analysis of technological evolution

With the rapid development of Internet technology, online video conferencing has become an important tool for efficient communication between enterprises and organizations. However, the limitations of traditional IPv4 protocol in terms of address resources and security are becoming increasingly prominent, and the introduction of IPv6 provides a broader space and higher security for network communication. This standard combines the characteristics of IPv4 and IPv6 to formulate a set of technical requirements and test methods for online video conferencing in a hybrid networking environment, aiming to improve the compatibility and reliability of the system.


2. Comparison of standard frameworks
