Introduction

Overview of the National Forest Village Evaluation Index System

The National Forest Village Evaluation Index System consists of 6 first-level indicators and 23 second-level indicators, aiming to promote rural ecological protection and green development through scientific evaluation methods. The standard combines ecological protection, improvement of human settlement environment and green industry development, providing an important reference for the realization of rural revitalization strategy.

Background of Standard Formulation

With the in-depth promotion of ecological civilization construction, the National Forest Village Evaluation System came into being. The standard was proposed by the State Forestry and Grassland Administration, combining local practical experience with international advanced concepts, aiming to provide unified technical specifications for rural greening and beautification.

Technical Evolution Analysis

This standard has been optimized and upgraded on the basis of the original forest city construction, and new dimensions such as green industry development and ecological cultural inheritance have been added. At the same time, modern evaluation methods such as GIS technology and big data analysis have been introduced to ensure the scientificity and accuracy of the evaluation results.

Indicator System Comparison

Indicator Dimension Secondary Indicator Evaluation Criteria Weight
Ecological Protection and Human Living Environment Rural Style, Natural Landscape In line with the natural geographical pattern, reasonable spatial layout 30%
Rural Greening Surrounding Greening, Public Green Space Coverage rate meets the standard, distinctive landscape characteristics 25%
Abandoned land greening No bare land, comprehensive ecological restoration -
Green industry Increase people's income, Development of characteristic industries Form a sustainable industrial chain and drive farmers to get rich 20%
- Establish ecological tourism routes or forest health care bases -

Implementation suggestions

Case analysis: A certain region significantly increased the village green coverage rate by introducing native tree species and scientific greening configuration. It is recommended that local governments focus on the following points during implementation:

  • Strengthen the construction of grassroots management and protection teams
  • Improve the incentive mechanism and encourage public participation
  • Pay attention to the balance between ecological protection and economic development
