Key technical requirements
Mechanical properties
Protection level: not less than IP20, electrical clearance and creepage distance must meet the requirements of Table 1 (such as the minimum creepage distance of 6.3mm under 300V voltage)
Hanging meter system: Each meter position must be equipped with voltage/current output terminals, pulse interface and communication interface, and the current terminal must have open circuit protection function

Harmonic source Output requirements:
- Fundamental frequency stability: ±0.02% (49-51Hz range)
- Harmonic phase control: 2-20th harmonic ±0.5°, 21-50th ±1°
- Power stability: 0.02-level device ≤0.025%

- Test according to B.4 waveform (3rd/5th/7th harmonic mixture)
- Ambient temperature is controlled at 23±2℃
- 24-hour variation ≤0.06% (0.2-level device)
Implementation suggestions
Purchase acceptance: Focus on checking key items such as insulation resistance (≥10MΩ), basic error (Table 15-17), and monitoring system indication error (Table 25-26) in the factory inspection report
Periodic maintenance: Power frequency magnetic field immunity (0.5mT) and annual stability (0.02 level ≤±0.01%) need to be retested every year
