With the rapid development of the photovoltaic power generation industry, the number of retired photovoltaic modules has increased year by year. If these modules are not properly handled, they will not only waste resources, but also cause long-term pollution to the environment. The introduction of GB/T45075-2024 aims to standardize the cascade utilization process of retired photovoltaic modules, promote resource recycling, reduce environmental pollution, and provide a unified technical reference for the industry.

3.1 Overall requirements for cascade utilization
