Introduction
1. Background and significance of standard formulation
With the rapid development of the photovoltaic power generation industry, the number of retired photovoltaic modules has increased year by year. If these modules are not properly handled, they will not only waste resources, but also cause long-term pollution to the environment. The introduction of GB/T45075-2024 aims to standardize the cascade utilization process of retired photovoltaic modules, promote resource recycling, reduce environmental pollution, and provide a unified technical reference for the industry.
2. Comparison of standard frameworks
| Standard dimensions | GB/T45075-2024 | Comparison standards (such as ISO, etc.) |
|---|---|---|
| Scope of application | Layered utilization of retired crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules | Recycling of other types of photovoltaic modules |
| Core requirements | Traceability management, detection classification, safety performance testing | Basic performance testing, simple classification processing |
| Management specifications | Enterprise qualification requirements, information record keeping, division of responsibilities | No clear management specifications |
3. Interpretation of the core content of the standard
3.1 Overall requirements for cascade utilization
According to standard 4.1, retired photovoltaic modules need to establish a traceability management system to ensure that their source, production, sales and use information can be traced. The preservation period of this system should not be less than 5 years to meet the needs of environmental protection supervision.
3.2 Inspection and classification of cascade utilization
Standard 6.1.3 stipulates that retired photovoltaic modules need to be tested for appearance, electrical safety performance and electrical performance. Products with defects found through inspection shall be retested if they can be repaired; if they cannot be repaired, they shall be scrapped.
4. Implementation suggestions
- Enterprise level:Establish a professional cascade utilization production line, equipped with necessary testing equipment and professionals.
- Policy level:The government should introduce supporting subsidy policies to encourage enterprises to participate in cascade utilization.
- Technical level: Develop more efficient detection technology and repair processes to increase the added value of recycled products.
