GB/T 45169—2025 Standard Overview
This standard specifies the principle, operators, sound beam control system, working process, inspection method and process record file of residual stress sound beam control method in the production process of additive manufacturing metal parts. It is applicable to arc additive manufacturing of aluminum alloy, titanium alloy and cemented carbide metal parts.

The sound beam control method injects ultrasonic waves into the material to reduce and equalize the residual stress, significantly improving the quality of the product.
