1. Basic principles of pet clinic services
According to GB/T 45295-2025, pet clinic services follow the principles of scientific rigor, safety and effectiveness, people-oriented, integrity and trustworthiness, and continuous improvement. These principles ensure the standardization and efficiency of the pet clinic process.
2. Department Facilities and Environmental Requirements
