Key technical points
Drying equipment selection: The standard recommends two types of equipment: automatic circulation hot air cocoon drying machine and car fan cocoon drying stove. The cocoon drying machine needs to be equipped with a temperature gradient control system (high temperature zone/medium temperature zone/low temperature zone), and the wind speed is controlled in the range of 0.4-1m/s.
Fresh cocoon handling specifications: The stacking time is ≤24h in spring and ≤16h in summer and autumn. The cocoon baskets should be stacked in a "品" shape with no more than 8 layers. Every 1000kg of fresh cocoons should be equipped with 240-300 standard cocoon baskets.
Implementation suggestions
1. Preparation before drying: Equipment maintenance should be completed 30 days in advance. Fuel reserves should require smokeless lump coal with a calorific value of ≥29,000kJ/kg and a sulfur content of <0.8%
2. Process control: Establish a "three properties" measurement system (cocoon properties/stove properties/coal properties). The cocoon drying machine needs to check the network speed deviation every day, and the cocoon drying stove should record the shunting time and coal addition amount
3. Quality traceability: The information of the factory should be marked after the dried cocoons are packed, and the "three distances" principle should be implemented when stacking (0.7m from the wall/1.4m from the aisle/1.0m from the row)
Standard evolution analysis
Compared with the old version of the standard, GB/T The main upgrades of 45296-2025 are as follows: ① Added the process parameters of automatic circulating hot air cocoon drying machine; ② Refined the moisture regain detection method (three measurements of 50g sample); ③ Clarified the abnormal cocoon package processing process (moldy cocoons/damp cocoons classification and disposal). After the implementation of the standard, it is expected to reduce the cocoon quality damage rate by more than 15%.
