Analysis of the core content of the standard

GB/T 45338-2025 standard systematically specifies the application requirements of hot isostatic pressing (HIP) technology in material densification processing, focusing on solving the problems of repairing defects such as porosity and looseness caused by processes such as casting and additive manufacturing. For the first time, the standard clearly raises the temperature uniformity control accuracy to ±10℃, and limits the working pressure fluctuation range to ±5MPa.

  • Argon storage room needs to be equipped with oxygen concentration alarm
  • Operators must wear high temperature resistant gloves (>800℃)
  • Double pressure relief confirmation is required before equipment maintenance
