Standard Background and Significance
The formulation of this standard originated from the requirements of the self-declaration disclosure system of enterprise standards proposed by the State Council in 2014, in response to the mandatory provisions of the Standardization Law on the disclosure of enterprise standards. With the establishment of the National Enterprise Standard Information Public Service Platform and various local sub-platforms, it is urgent to unify data synchronization specifications to ensure cross-platform information consistency.
