Key Technical Indicators

The standard defines 7 core performance parameters for organic electrochromic film:

  1. Brightness-darkness contrast ratio ≥5 (actual value can reach 8-15)
  2. Switching time ≤400s (products below 2㎡)
  3. Color difference ΔEab*≤3 (CIELAB color space)
  4. Power limit: operating ≤5W, maintenance ≤1W

Durability test system

The standard establishes three-dimensional aging test:

  • Temperature and humidity cycle: 85℃/1000h→50℃95%RH/336h→-20℃/336h
  • Irradiation test: 2000h UV irradiation (45±5℃)
  • Mechanical fatigue: 40,000 light-dark switching cycles

Permitted performance degradation: transmittance change ≤5% (temperature and humidity test), ≤3% (irradiation/cycle test)
