《GB/T 461.3-2005纸和纸板 吸水性的测定（浸水法）》由TC141（全国造纸工业标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
GB/T 461的本部分规定了纸和纸板按规定时间完全浸水后吸水性的测定方法。本部分适用于一般的纸和纸板，尤其适用于经一定程度防水处理的纸和纸板。本部分不适用于吸水强的纸。
Scope
The part of GB/T 461 stipulates the method for the determination of water absorption of paper and paperboard after being completely immersed in water for a specified time. This section applies to general paper and paperboard, especially to paper and paperboard treated to a certain degree of waterproofing. This section does not apply to absorbent paper.
