《GB/T 4618.1-2008塑料 环氧树脂氯含量的测定 第1部分:无机氯》由TC15(全国塑料标准化技术委员会)归口,TC15SC11(全国塑料标准化技术委员会热固性塑料分会)执行,主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
GB/T 4618《塑料 环氧树脂氯含量的测定》共分三个部分,本部分为GB/T 4618的第1部分,等同采用ISO 21627-1:2007《塑料――环氧树脂――氯含量的测定――第1部分:无机氯》(英文版)。
本标准代替GB/T 4613-1984《环氧树脂和缩水甘油酯无机氯的测定》。
GB/T 4618的本部分规定了使用电位滴定仪直接测定环氧树脂中的无机氯(氯离子)的方法。
无机氯含量以每千克环氧树脂中的毫克数表示。
――更改了标准名称、增加了前言;
――增加了规范性引用文件;
――增加了术语和定义;
――试剂丁酮换成了丙酮;
――标准溶液由0.01N或0.002N硝酸银水溶液改成0.002mol/L硝酸银异丙醇溶液;
――基准试剂氯化钠干燥温度由120℃改成500℃~600℃;
――称样量由3g~10g改成10g;
――增加了终点判定说明;
――增加了结果修约要求。


Scope

It is the user's responsibility to establish appropriate safety and health practices and comply with relevant regulations. This part of GB/T 4618 specifies the method for the direct determination of inorganic chlorine (chloride ions) in epoxy resins using a potentiometric titrator. Inorganic chlorine content is expressed in milligrams per kilogram of epoxy resin.
