This standard is developed in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 4663-1994 Rolling bearings - Cylindrical thrust roller bearings - Boundary dimensions. In addition to editorial changes, the following main technical changes have been made with respect to GB/T 4663-1994:

——the Clauses - "Terms and Definitions" and "Codes" are added (see Clauses 3 and 5);

——the types and dimensions of part of Series 11 of the single-direction cylindrical thrust roller bearings are added (See Table 1 of the 1994 edition);

——structural types and boundary dimensions of the double-direction cylindrical thrust roller bearings are added (see Figure 2 and Table 3);

——“Comparison of New and Old Bearing Codes” is deleted (see Annex A of the 1994 edition).

This standard was proposed by China Machinery Industry Federation.

This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee on Rolling Bearing of Standardization Administration of China (SAT/TC 98).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the boundary dimensions of single-direction and double-direction cylindrical thrust roller bearings.

This standard is applicable to the design and type selection of single-direction and double-direction cylindrical thrust roller bearings.

D: the outside diameter of the housing washer

D1: the bore diameter of the housing washer

D1smin: the minimum single bore diameter of the housing washer
