《GB/T 4702.5-2008金属铬 铝含量的测定 乙二胺四乙酸二钠滴定法和火焰原子吸收光谱法》由TC318(全国生铁及铁合金标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国钢铁工业协会。
本部分代替GB/T4702.5―1984和GB/T4702.6―1984。本部分是对GB/T 4702.5―1984《金属铬化学分析方法 原子吸收分光光度测定铝量》和GB/T4702.6―1984《金属铬化学分析方法 EDTA 容量法测定铝量》的整合修订。 本部分规定了乙二胺四乙酸二钠滴定法和火焰原子吸收光谱法测定金属铬中铝含量。本部分适用于金属铬中含量的测定。测定范围:0.01%--1.00%。本部分与GB/T4702.5―1984和GB/T4702.6―1984比较,其主要变化如下:―――采用盐酸、高氯酸代替高氯酸分解试料; ―――用氯化铵、六次甲基四胺代替氨水分离干扰;
―――用盐酸代替氯化钠挥除残铬;
―――用乙二胺四乙酸二钠标准滴定溶液、锌标准滴定溶液代替EDTA 标准溶液滴定铝量;
―――用二甲酚橙代替Cu-PAN 作指示剂。
