《GB/T 4756-2015石油液体手工取样法》由TC280（全国石油产品和润滑剂标准化技术委员会）归口，TC280SC2（全国石油产品和润滑剂标准化技术委员会石油静态和轻烃计量分会）执行，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了从固定罐、铁路罐车、汽车罐车、船舶、桶、听、泵送液体管线或加油机油枪采集液体或
半液体烃类、油罐残留物和沉积物样品的手工取样法。
本标准适用于在常压或接近常压的油罐中储存的或管线输送的,在常温到200 ℃范围内以液体形
式储运的石油产品、原油及中间产品的取样。
本标准不适用于属于其他标准研究对象的特殊石油产品的取样,例如电绝缘油(IEC60475)、液化
石油气(SH/T0233)、液化天然气(GB/T20603)以及气态天然气(GB/T13609)。
本标准包括了现有的取样方法和正在使用的设备类型。对于后续出现的新设备,只要能按本标准
的要求和方法进行取样,则也可用于本标准。
注:本标准可能也适用于多数非腐蚀性的液体化工产品的取样,但应严格遵守这些液体化工产品对应的安全措施。

Scope

This standard specifies manual sampling methods for taking samples of liquid or semi-liquid hydrocarbons, tank residues, and sediments from stationary tanks, railroad tank cars, automobile tank cars, ships, drums, cans, pumped liquid lines, or dispenser nozzles. This standard applies to the sampling of petroleum products, crude oil and intermediate products stored in oil tanks at or near atmospheric pressure or transported by pipelines, and stored and transported in liquid form at room temperature to 200 °C. This standard does not apply to the sampling of special petroleum products that are research objects of other standards, such as electrical insulating oil (IEC 60475), liquefied petroleum gas (SH/T 0233), liquefied natural gas (GB/T 20603) and gaseous natural gas (GB/T T 13609). This standard covers existing sampling methods and types of equipment in use. For the new equipment that appears later, as long as it can be sampled according to the requirements and methods of this standard, it can also be used in this standard.
