《GB/T 4760-1995声学 消声器测量方法》由TC17（全国声学标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国科学院。
本标准规定消声器测量方法和要求。包括实验室测量和现场测量方法。测量的量主要为消声器的插入损失，也可测定下列量：―气流噪声声功率级；―消声器压力损失和阻力系数。本标准适用于以阻性为主的管道消声器。
Scope
This standard specifies the measurement methods and requirements for mufflers. Including laboratory measurement and field measurement methods. The measured quantity is mainly the insertion loss of the muffler, and the following quantities can also be measured: --The sound power level of airflow noise; --The pressure loss and resistance coefficient of the muffler. This standard applies to pipe mufflers mainly resistive.
