Key requirements for instruments and equipment
The standard specifically specifies the technical parameters of the heat source block:
- Material: AlMgSi aluminum alloy (GB/T3190) must be used
- Bottom treatment: Ra value (2±1)μm, to be tested according to GB/T3505
- Temperature control: preheating must be 10℃ higher than the test temperature

- Sample pretreatment: 23±2℃/50±5%RH environmental balance for 48h
- Heat source block placement: Moist heat is conducted through white polyamide fiber cloth (50g/m²)

- Regularly calibrate the thermometer (JB/T9262 requirement)
- Detect the roughness of the heat source block before each batch of tests
- Maintain a constant temperature of 23±2℃ in the test environment
